Step into a pivotal leadership role at a fast-scaling international tech company that’s doubling down on innovation and team growth across Portugal. As Lead Node.js Engineer, you’ll be entrusted with building and leading a brand new engineering team from the ground up, taking full ownership of a critical new product initiative set to redefine the company’s core offering.

In this leadership position, you’ll shape the culture and direction of your team, mentor engineers, and guide technical strategy—all while staying hands-on with a modern Node.js stack. Your team will be responsible for the search functionality of the platform, a core business component, as the company transitions from a legacy monolith to a scalable, microservices-based, cloud-native architecture.
