Job summary

Clan seeks a visionary Senior NetCyberOps Manager to lead cybersecurity operations across Lisbon and Porto, guiding high-performing technical teams in designing robust security strategies.

You will recruit and mentor staff, develop governance policies, manage incident response, and partner with executives to shape security offerings. Fluent in English and Portuguese, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity teams and programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical projects.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and train security personnel; ensure alignment with risk management and security procedures.
• Develop policies, procedures, and protocols for governance and operational excellence.
• Manage team scheduling, task allocation, communication, and performance reviews.
• Monitor and evaluate security incidents and coordinate response actions.
• Lead strategic improvements and collaborate with executives on security capabilities.
