• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish required; English valued.
• 8–10 years sales experience, 5+ in leadership roles in construction/industrial sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM commercial strategy.
• Drive growth through existing customers and new markets.
• Build partnerships with distributors, wholesalers and fabricators.
• Lead negotiations with regional accounts and strategic partners.
• Develop annual business plans and sales budgets.
• Manage LATAM sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
• Represent the company at events and customer meetings.
• Provide regular senior management reports.
