Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to ensure RUN OPEN solutions stay operational and secure. You will manage CMDB updates, batch processing and incident resolution in a hybrid work environment.

You will monitor file transfers (CFT), perform recovery procedures, and optimize infrastructure resources such as disk space and queues, acting as a technical integrator for production activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Support or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, including CMD and shell scripting.
• Experience with Tomcat, Apache, Control-M and CFT.
• Familiarity with AWS, OpenStack, Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Dynatrace.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL v4 principles.
• English proficiency at B1 level or above.
• Basic knowledge of French (A1 level) is a plus.

Responsibilities

What will you do?
