Job summary

Aubay Portugal procura um Project Manager para orientar a entrega de operações de TI junto de clientes de referência em Portugal. Irá assegurar planeamento, execução e monitorização global de projetos.

Exige-se formação técnica, pelo menos 3 anos de experiência, e certificações PMP ou equivalente; ITIL Foundation é valorizado.

O modelo de trabalho é híbrido (2 dias na Lagoas Park, Lisboa), com formação contínua, benefícios de saúde e perspetivas de carreira num grupo internacional.

Qualifications

• Formação superior em CS / Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência mínima de 3 anos como PM em IT; ideal 8–10 anos no total para nível Sénior.
• Certificações PMP e ITIL Foundation ou superiores são valorizadas.

Responsibilities

• Gerir planeamento, execução e monitorização global de projetos de IT.
• Gerir workstreams, prazos, orçamentos, riscos e dependências.
• Supervisionar serviços/linhas de produto e assegurar continuidade operacional e SLA.
• Produzir relatórios executivos sobre status, riscos e indicadores de serviço para a direção.
• Facilitar comunicação entre stakeholders internos/externos, incluindo fornecedores.
• Contribuir para evolução do modelo de serviço e melhores práticas de gestão operacional.

Job description

What will you do?

• Ensure the planning, execution, and global monitoring of IT projects, maintaining on-time, on-budget, on-scope, and on-quality delivery.
• Manage project workstreams and phases, focusing on delivery, risk control, and dependency management.
• Oversee implemented services/product lines, guaranteeing operational continuity, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Produce executive reports on project status, risks, decisions, and service indicators, presenting to C-level management.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the service model, supporting process definition and best practices in operational management.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT contexts (infrastructure, migrations, shared services, or outsourcing), ideally with 8-10 years of overall experience in IT project management for a Senior role.
• Proven hands‑on experience in managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical dependencies.
• Solid background in service management within a production environment, with a strong focus on SLAs, incident management, and operational continuity.
• Demonstrable experience in technological transformation projects, such as data center or cloud migrations, and infrastructure outsourcing.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and others, alongside strong communication, structured problem‑solving, and assertive stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written, is mandatory, along with Project Management (PMP® or equivalent) and ITIL Foundation or higher certifications.
