Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a proactive Workday ERP Specialist to provide second-line functional support across Finance, Procurement and Human Resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and assist with Workday deployments, cutovers and hypercare phases.

We value candidates with at least 3 years of ERP experience, strong finance/procurement knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP implementations, rollouts, cutover or hypercare.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes.
• Experience with incident management, issue resolution, and change processes using tools like ServiceNow, Jira.
• Familiarity with functional configuration, testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line functional support for the Workday platform across Finance, Procurement and HR processes.
• Support Workday evolution programme during cutover, deployment and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR and IT stakeholders to optimize business processes and implement Workday modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Prepare and execute functional testing activities and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Investigate root causes of issues and contribute to user documentation and knowledge articles.

What will you do?

• Provide second-line functional support for the Workday platform across Finance, Procurement and Human Resources processes.
• Support the ongoing Workday evolution programme, assisting with cutover, deployment and hypercare activities during phased rollouts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR and IT stakeholders to optimize business processes and implement additional Workday modules.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and execute functional testing activities, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Investigate root causes of recurring issues, propose corrective actions, and contribute to user documentation and knowledge articles.

What are we looking for?

• Fluency in Portuguese and English are mandatory.
