Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack developer to join our Lisbon team. You will develop full‑stack web apps, REST APIs, and microservices, while migrating legacy Java applications to Cloud environments.

Expertise in Spring Boot, Vue.js, JSF, and containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes is essential. You will work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to CI/CD, testing, and system integration best practices.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Java full-stack development with 8+ years in senior roles.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks (Hibernate, JUnit, Spring) and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.
• Proven RESTful API, Microservices, and Web apps using JSF/PrimeFaces/VueJS.
• Familiar with build/deploy tools: JBoss/EAP, Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube.
• Functional banking/finance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

What will you do?

• Develop full-stack web applications, REST APIs, Microservices, and the entire SOA layer;


• Perform analyses of legacy applications and contribute to migration processes of JAVA applications to Cloud environments;


• Implement code using Java, Spring Boot, Vue JS, JSF, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies;


• Maintain and troubleshoot implemented code, ensuring adherence to internal rules and best practices for testing, CI/CD, and application integration.

What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience of at least 8 years in Java Fullstack development, ideally in a Senior role;


• Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks (Hibernate, JUnit, Spring), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and SOA programming;


• Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Applications using JSF, Primefaces, and Vue JS;


• Familiarity with development tools such as JBoss EAP, JBoss, Maven, Jenkins, Gitlab, and SonarQube;


• Functional knowledge in Banking and/or Financial areas will be highly valued;

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated;


• Proficiency in English at an Expert level is mandatory, alongside strong communication and collaborative skills;
