Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a SAP consultant specialized in Customer Service and Plant Maintenance to support and evolve SAP environments. You will handle incidents, service orders, and billing while performing detailed issue analysis using ABAP debugging.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP CS/PM and a solid understanding of Service Management and Field Service processes, with hybrid work arrangement three days a week in the office in Porto.

• Proven ability to analyze issues with ABAP debugging and root cause analysis.
• Solid experience with agile ways of working and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT support and functional consultancy for SAP CS and PM modules.

• Manage end-to-end service management processes in SAP CS, including incidents and billing.
• Perform detailed SAP issue analysis using ABAP debugging and dump analysis.
• Process tickets in ITSM systems and ensure timely resolution.

What will you do?

• Provide expert IT support and functional consultancy for SAP CS and PM modules within complex environments.
• Support existing SAP ECC 6.0 environments and contribute to the evolution towards newer SAP versions.
• Manage end-to-end service management processes within SAP CS, including incident management, service orders, billing, and service contract configuration.
• Perform detailed technical issue analysis within SAP, utilizing ABAP debugging and dump analysis.
• Efficiently process and clarify support tickets within ITSM systems, ensuring timely resolution.
