Mercor is seeking meticulous native Korean annotators to structure and transcribe Korean documents with exact Hangul fidelity. You will identify page regions, assign types, and establish reading order for training data used in document AI models.

Applicants should demonstrate precise character-level transcription skills, experience in bilingual transcription or AI data labeling, and comfort with diverse layouts such as handwritten forms and multi-column pages.

Qualificações

• Native Korean language proficiency with Hangul, and Han-ja where present.
• Excellent reading and transcription accuracy at character level.
• Experience in bilingual transcription, annotation, or AI training data is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open and verify tasks are Korean, legible, and free of personal details.
• Annotate structure: define regions, types, and reading order on pages.
• Record relationships between regions and figures/tables; ensure exact Hangul transcription.
• Capture page metadata: language, type, dimensions, and handwriting indicators.
• Review colleague work through a second Korean expert, ensuring accuracy on first pass.
