A dynamic media and technology company is seeking a Recruiter to enhance their HR efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Team to determine recruitment needs, screen candidates, and manage Applicant Tracking System functions. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in HR or Business Administration and have a passion for recruitment. Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for at least 1 year, preferably in-house.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software.

As part of the relocation process, guidance from the HR team will be granted and a package to support the costs will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR Team to determine the different departments' recruitment needs/statuses and support recruitment discussions.
• Headhunt and engage with candidates on LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms.
• Screen CVs and interview candidates, as well as write evaluations about them.
• Recruit for different roles across departments and locations.
• Play an integral part in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business.
• Manage, maintain and improve our ATS (Personio) functions and workflow.
• Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms, including social media platforms and Job boards.
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback.
• From time to time, support the HR team with onboarding initiatives and other HR activities.

Requirements
