Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter Italian Speaker to attract candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with managers, and onboard new employees in a hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian
• English fluency (B2/C1)
• 1 year of mass recruitment experience
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and 'can do' attitude overlooking a community-building approach

Responsibilities

Position: RecruiterItalian Speaker
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: Hybrid (first 3 months On-site for training/nesting)
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 1450 Euros monthly gross + other benefits

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others

REQUIREMENTS:
