Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree/certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation activities.
• Help create and develop new menu items that meet high-quality standards.
• Oversee food production and ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
