Job summary

Glovo in Lisbon seeks a data-driven Operations Analyst to support the Portugal Operations Strategy and Compliance team. You will analyze data to identify fraud patterns, improve partner operations, and drive initiatives that add value to the country strategy.

You will build dashboards, run analyses, and collaborate with regional teams to strengthen KPIs, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in demanding positions (operations, consulting, tech, etc.)
• Excellent data-driven problem solving with Excel proficiency
• Portuguese and English language skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate data into action

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the Lisbon operations team
• Evaluate strategic opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Own dashboards, data models, and automated tools to improve visibility of KPIs
• Propose initiatives to improve partner operations and country-level KPIs
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to execute data-driven projects
