Job summary

Glovo is looking for a talented Strategy & Account Manager for its Retail vertical in Portugal. You will drive account performance for Top Partners and help streamline operations.

You will build enduring partnerships, provide strategic counsel, and translate partner feedback into product and marketing improvements. Fluency in Portuguese and strong English are required, with 1–2 years in analytics or operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience in high-performance analytical roles.
• Proficient in data analysis, with Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English with strong Portuguese.
• Ability to work autonomously from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Enhance operational performance metrics for a designated group of Top Partners in Retail and streamline operations.
• Foster enduring partnerships with Top Partners, improving their business metrics and retention.
• Shape delivery operations and offer strategic counsel using data analysis and industry insight.
• Build and maintain relationships with Glovo’s Top Partners in the country through proactive communication.
• Incorporate partner feedback into product, marketing and operations improvements.
• Represent Glovo’s mission, brand values, and product offerings.
