PwC Portugal is seeking a proactive Junior HR Generalist to support the Human Resources team across internal communication, HRIS, administration, payroll, and onboarding activities in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes organization, discretion with confidential information, and hands-on experience; you will collaborate with IT, Facilities, and other teams to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working with digital tools.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Support communications by drafting internal posts and disseminating HR information.
• Run and prepare Workday reports and assist with Workday changes.
• Provide first-line HR administration support and manage HR documents in the DMS.
• Assist with payroll-related information and verify absences in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with IT, Facilities, and other teams.
• Contribute to Welcome Day and onboarding activities.
• Update HR presentations and related documentation.
