Job summary

United Investments Portugal seeks an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with employees, managers, and HR to handle onboarding, performance management, payroll-related tasks, and policy implementation.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR, strong communication, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or corporate HR environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting recruitment and selection is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure processes are implemented efficiently.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employees through onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and keep HR records updated.
• Assist in HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation.
