Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Junior German Customer Service Representative to assist customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate support.

You will handle product questions, order issues, and basic technical troubleshooting, escalating complex cases as needed, while maintaining CRM records.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C2) and strong English (minimum B2).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome.
• Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
