You will analyze and document functional requirements while working with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. We are looking for a Business Analyst that:

• Act as the main liaison between Business, Product, and IT, translating business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements
• Collect, analyse, and prioritize new requirements arising from project needs, market changes, client requests, or system enhancements
• Define, document, and validate optimal functional solutions, involving all relevant stakeholders and assessing impacts
• Support and monitor the implementation of new features through to Production, ensuring alignment with requirements
• Follow the go-live process, assess outcomes versus expectations, and propose adjustments or improvements when necessary
• Has experience with banking frontoffice platforms such as Summit/Sophis/Murex/Calypso or other

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

Level of Experience: Mid/Senior (+4 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
