Jobtailor in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to monitor BAU support for ERP and Finance systems, review and prioritise JIRA tickets, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up with stakeholders.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, drive automation initiatives including AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with IT and data teams, and help scale AI-driven improvements across P2P, OTC, and R2R processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in business/Finance context.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets, including incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Ensure proper ticket documentation, classification, and follow-up.
• Communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows across P2P, OTC, and R2R.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Explore copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA to automate repetitive Finance and ERP tasks.
• Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams.
• Champion AI and intelligent automation adoption within Finance and ERP operations.
• Pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements.
• Track emerging AI tools and trends relevant to Finance transformation and ERP ecosystems.
• Support documentation and governance of AI initiatives.
• Track and report BAU and enhancement activities.
• Support backlog grooming and prioritisation.
• Prepare regular stakeholder status updates.
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, system changes, and automation solutions.

Requirements
