Jobtailor is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on ERP and Finance to join our Lisbon team. You will monitor BAU activities, manage JIRA tickets, and translate business requirements into functional specs to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with IT, Integration, and Data teams, promote AI-assisted automation, and help scale AI-driven processes across finance workflows in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
3–5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments.
Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, applied in a business or Finance context.
Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

Monitor BAU support for ERP and Finance systems.
Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, changes).
Document, classify, and follow up on tickets.
Communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in ERP/Finance workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional specs.
Support automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams.
Champion AI adoption in Finance and ERP operations.
Pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements.
Track and report BAU and enhancement activities.
Backlog grooming and prioritisation.
Prepare regular stakeholder status updates.
Maintain documentation of processes, changes, and automation solutions.

Support backlog grooming and prioritisation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments
