Axians is seeking a Junior Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to support post-trade operations in the financial markets. You will help ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of trade documentation across Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.

Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations across international locations to review bookings, issue confirmations, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Interest in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Knowledge of Swaps, Forwards, Options, or related derivatives.
• Ability to analyse documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Fluent English (C1).

Responsabilités

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings, confirmations, and term sheets for accuracy before distribution.
• Monitor workflows and dispatch confirmations per regulatory deadlines.
• Manage post-trade events: exercises, restructurings, and terminations.
• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies and client queries.
• Act as internal contact for documentation and templates escalations.
• Maintain relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations across locations.
• Support automation, risk controls, and STP improvements.

JUNIOR DOCUMENTATION DRAFTING & MATCHING ANALYST

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to support post-trade operations within the financial markets environment. This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of trade documentation across a wide range of financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies. You will play a key role in risk control, regulatory compliance, client communication, and process improvement initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders across international teams.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for financial products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.

• Review trade bookings, confirmations, and term sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy before client distribution.

• Monitor workflows and ensure timely dispatch of confirmations in accordance with regulatory deadlines.

• Manage post-trade events notifications, including exercises, restructurings, and partial or total terminations.

• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies, affirmation requests, and client queries.

• Act as an internal point of contact for documentation and template-related escalations.

• Maintain effective relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.

• Support process improvement initiatives focused on automation, risk management, controls, and Straight-Through Processing (STP).

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong interest in Banking and Financial Operations.

• Knowledge of financial products such as Swaps, Forwards, Options, or related derivatives is valued.

• Ability to analyse documentation and ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance.

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
