Axians is hiring an Acceptance tester (French and English) to join an international project. You will design, execute, and validate testing activities ensuring quality of business-critical applications, collaborating with project teams, business analysts, and test leads.

You will contribute to test scenarios, document results, manage defects, support Go/No-Go decisions, monitor risks, and help improve testing processes. Fluency in French is mandatory and English knowledge is valued.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• ISTQB principles and terminology.
• Experience designing, executing, and documenting test cases and scenarios.
• Ability to manage testing schedules and priorities.
• Experience in risk tracking within projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; English knowledge valued.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Acceptance tester (French and English) to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will contribute to the design, execution, and validation of testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical applications. You will work closely with project teams, business analysts, and test leads to support testing initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Contribute to the design and preparation of test scenarios and test cases;
• Ensure test activities are aligned with project requirements, methodology, and deliverables;
• Document test subjects and results in the appropriate testing tools;
• Execute functional and business tests within your area of responsibility;
• Record, monitor, and validate test results;
• Identify, report, and follow up on defects and anomalies;
• Contribute to the prioritization and validation of identified issues;
• Support the preparation of Go/No-Go decisions by providing relevant testing information;
• Monitor testing progress and proactively communicate risks related to quality or delivery timelines;
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective test coverage;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and best practices;
• Participate in workshops, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and testing governance activities;
• Support the production of final testing reports and project documentation.

Your Main Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in testing activities;
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices;
• Knowledge of ISTQB principles and testing terminology;
• Experience designing, executing, and documenting test cases and test scenarios;
• Ability to build and manage testing schedules and priorities;
• Experience identifying, tracking, and managing project risks;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities;
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within international teams;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Fluency in French is mandatory;
• Knowledge of English is highly valued;
• Experience testing applications within banking or insurance environments is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Octane is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SAS, and Control-M or similar scheduling tools is considered a plus;
• Experience with defect management and test reporting tools is considered an advantage;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities;
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to changing environments.
