Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Junior Accountant to support Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes. You will process invoices, handle supplier queries, prepare tax reports, and participate in improvement projects within an international team.

The role offers full-time, hybrid work after an initial training period, with a benefits package including private medical care and meal vouchers. English proficiency and Excel skills are required to succeed.

Qualificações

• At least a high school graduate or a current student.
• Willingness to develop in accounting area.
• Experience in accounting.
• Good English skills.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills (time management, detail-oriented).
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Process support: Order to Cash/Procure to Pay/Record to Report.
• Processing invoices and other types of expenses, handling supplier queries and payments, clearing of supplier document.
• Preparation of reports and analysis (e.g tax documents).
• Ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensuring effective cooperation with international entities.
• Participation in improvements projects.
