Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Senior Accountant PtP (Accounts Payable) to manage invoice processing, travel and expenses, and payments within our ERP/Coupa environment. The role requires strong finance experience in a BPO/SSC setting and excellent English.

You will support month-end activities, maintain process documentation, and participate in knowledge transfer and process improvements. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in finance, within BPO/SSC in AP department.
• Very good English (writing and speaking).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Diligent, reliable, detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice processing (Coupa and AP subledger).
• Travel and expenses processing.
• Payment processing and batch proposals.
• AP aging and analytical reviews.
• Month-end activities and accruals.
• Knowledge maintenance and process updates.
• Transition participation and issue resolution.
• Continuous improvement of activities.
