Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications in a cloud-native setting. You will design backend services using Java/Spring Boot and implement asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ, while deploying and monitoring on AWS.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/Engineering degree, has strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and understands microservices and RESTful APIs.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging/queue technologies.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork in an agile environment.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performing applications. You will work in a cloud-native environment, leveraging modern architectures and technologies to build robust solutions that support business growth and innovation.

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging/queue technologies.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with Apache Camel.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in containerized environments (Docker).
