Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in a cloud-native environment. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to support business growth and innovation.

You should have strong experience with AWS, RESTful APIs, messaging systems like RabbitMQ, and CI/CD practices; fluency in English and collaborative, agile work style are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging/queue technologies.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Fluent English.

YOUR ROLE

YOUR PROFILE
