Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Java Software Engineer in Lisboa to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot in a cloud-native environment.

You will implement asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ, deploy and monitor services in AWS, and contribute to RESTful API design and distributed systems. Strong communication in English and an agile mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging/queue technologies.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Fluent English.
