Job summary

Inoweiser, a technology group with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer for a client project in the e-commerce sector. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in Lisbon, and involves leading architecture, IAM/SSO design, and front-end standards for React.js.

You will mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure code quality across the stack, including security and performance optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proven, senior-level Java full-stack experience.
• Experience with React.js including authentication patterns, state management and performance.
• Experience with IAM/SSO, Okta and OIDC.
• Experience producing ADRs and leading architecture discussions with architects.
• Experience with SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation.
• Experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implement complex full-stack features.

We are strengthening our team with a Java Full-Stack Developer (Senior) profile, for a technology project for a client of ours in the e-commerce sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features
• Own the IAM/SSO strategy: Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, per-Maison access control;
• Define front-end engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management and performance;
• Drive technical discussions with the client's architects; produce ADRs and contribute to the long-term roadmap;
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the stack;
• Lead code reviews; champion SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation;
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers;
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.

What we're looking for

• Solid, proven experience as a Java Full-Stack Developer, Senior level;
• Experience with React.js (authentication patterns, state management, performance);
• Experience with IAM/SSO, Okta, OIDC;
• Experience producing ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and driving technical discussions with architects;
• Experience with SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation;
• Experience in technical mentoring and code reviews;
