Job summary

Inoweiser, a technology group with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer for a client project in the e-commerce sector. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in Lisbon, and involves leading architecture, IAM/SSO design, and front-end standards for React.js.

You will mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure code quality across the stack, including security and performance optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proven, senior-level Java full-stack experience.
• Experience with React.js including authentication patterns, state management and performance.
• Experience with IAM/SSO, Okta and OIDC.
• Experience producing ADRs and leading architecture discussions with architects.
• Experience with SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation.
• Experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implement complex full-stack features.
• Own IAM/SSO strategy and design Okta authorization server and OIDC flows.
• Define front-end engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns and state management.
• Drive technical discussions with the client’s architects and produce ADRs.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation with tools like SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.
