Job summary

Inoweiser — Tech for a Better Future — is hiring a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer for an e-commerce client. You will lead architecture, own IAM/SSO strategy, and set front-end standards in React.js while driving architectural discussions across teams.

You will mentor mid and junior engineers, produce ADRs, and contribute to long-term roadmaps, with a hybrid work model and a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Java Full-Stack Developer at senior level.
• Experience with React.js including authentication patterns and state management.
• Experience with IAM/SSO, Okta and OIDC.
• Experience producing ADRs and driving technical discussions with architects.
• Experience with SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation.
• Experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.
• C1 English and C1 Portuguese level.
• Availability to work 3 days a week from the office in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features.
• Own IAM/SSO strategy and Okta/OIDC integration.
• Define front-end engineering standards for React.js and performance.
• Drive technical discussions with the client's architects.
• Produce ADRs and contribute to the long-term roadmap.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation.
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
