Job summary

Inoweiser — Tech for a Better Future — is hiring a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer for an e-commerce client. You will lead architecture, own IAM/SSO strategy, and set front-end standards in React.js while driving architectural discussions across teams.

You will mentor mid and junior engineers, produce ADRs, and contribute to long-term roadmaps, with a hybrid work model and a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Java Full-Stack Developer at senior level.
Experience with React.js including authentication patterns and state management.
Experience with IAM/SSO, Okta and OIDC.
Experience producing ADRs and driving technical discussions with architects.
Experience with SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation.
Experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.
C1 English and C1 Portuguese level.
Availability to work 3 days a week from the office in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features.

We are strengthening our team with a Java Full-Stack Developer (Senior) profile, for a technology project for a client of ours in the e-commerce sector.

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features
Own the IAM/SSO strategy: Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, per-Maison access control
Define front-end engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management and performance
Drive technical discussions with the client's architects
produce ADRs and contribute to the long-term roadmap
Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the stack
Lead code reviews
champion SonarQube, Snyk and quality automation
Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials
