InnoTech is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Lisbon team. You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js, with a focus on scalable architectures and quality assurance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement REST APIs, optimize data models in SQL/RDBMS, and drive CI/CD improvements. English (B2+) and Portuguese fluency are expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer with Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and architecture; familiarity with microservices/hexagonal architecture.
• Hands-on testing experience with TDD/BDD.
• Proficient with JPA/Hibernate or equivalent ORM.
• English proficiency (B2+) and Portuguese fluency.

Your mission will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js, following software design principles and architectural best practices;
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of applications through unit and integration testing, code reviews, automated testing, and best development practices;
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs, ensuring proper validation, error handling, and API documentation;
• Work with relational databases (SQL/RDBMS), implementing efficient queries, data models, and database performance optimizations;
• Work closely with technical and business teams, contributing to architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, code optimization, and continuous improvement.

You will need:

• +5 years of experience as a fullstack developer, with strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL/RDBMS, React, Next.js, Git, Maven, and CI/CD practices;
• Proven experience in fullstack development, including unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, code optimization, and GitHub workflows/actions;
• Solid understanding of software design principles, clean code, design patterns, and application architecture, with familiarity with microservices or hexagonal architecture;
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and testing methodologies such as TDD/BDD;
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate or equivalent ORM technologies;
• English proficiency (B2 or above);
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Would be awesome if you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Previous experience with Agile environments, microservices, Hibernate/JPA, AWS or other cloud platforms, and TDD/BDD.
