Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Japanese-speaking Content Moderator to help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

You will answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate complex cases to the right team. This is an on-site role with full training and clear career progression.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Japanese; comfortable using English daily.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
