Job summary

IT HOUSE is seeking a Process Specialist to join the Logistics and Transportation IT landscape in Portugal. You will drive ITSM across the organization, align processes with ITIL, and promote a mature ESM environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or Computer Science or equivalent plus service management experience
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes
• ITIL or similar ITSM certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of IT applications and systems
• Excellent English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and improve ITSM system based on ITIL
• Continuously improve ITSM processes and service quality using KPIs
• Support and advise our business units in the ESM environment
• Ensure optimal support for ITSM processes through the ESM application
• Train users on ITSM processes and the ESM application
• Work closely with other process owners

IT HOUSE is looking for a Process Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively develop and further improve the company-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) system based on ITIL;


• Continuously improve ITSM processes and service quality using KPIs;


• Support and advise ourbusiness units in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) environment;


• Ensure optimal supportfor ITSM processes through the ESM application;


• Train users on ITSM processes and the ESM application;


• Work closely with other process owners;


• Work independently andinnovatively, with a strong focus on quality, as part of an open-minded team.

Ideal Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification combined with experience in service management;


• Good knowledge of ITSMprocesses;


• Ideally, a certification in ITIL or another ITSM framework;


• Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems, and technologies;


• A hands-on mentality, combined with a convincing presence, strong communication skills, and a high degree of independence;


• Good written andspoken English.
