Speak It is hiring an Italian Technical Product Specialist for our Lisbon on-site team. You will support our clients across digital ads, assist with campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical questions.

Training and development programs are provided to help you grow within the company. The role requires fluency in Italian, a marketing/ digital marketing background, and experience in paid campaigns and customer support.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1) with strong communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• Degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in Digital Marketing is required.
• Experience with paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or advertising tech support is valuable.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to improve service and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and support end-to-end product issues for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Eng teams to resolve technical queries.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, quality responses across channels.
• Maintain adherence to service levels and optimize productivity and resolution times.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types with internal specialists.

Responsibilities

• From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end to end product troubleshooting and customer support for our client advertising products, on case volumes across email and chat channels
• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration within house Product Operations & Eng groups to resolve all types of generic, technical or product queries
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey, providing regular updates across touch points
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer
• Partner with inhouse technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types

Requirements

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)
• Have a degree in Marketing or related field
• Have a degree in Digital Marketing
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have experience on paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have experience in a Contact Centre, Service program for any Advertising Tech company
• Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
