Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team in Athens, supporting customers of a leading telecommunications provider. You will handle inquiries by phone and some email, resolve technical and account issues, and recommend products to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements include native/fluent Italian (C1) and English at least B2, with prior customer service or sales experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (minimum C1)
• English at B2 level or higher
• Experience in customer service, technical support or sales is an advantage
• Some specialised teams require at least 6 months of sales experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices
• Customer-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving skills
• Able to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
• Willing to work on-site in Athens, Greece

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and, where required, email
• Provide technical assistance with internet, television, mobile connectivity and account access
• Assist customers with billing, payments, subscriptions, orders and account-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Support sales activities, including cross-selling, upselling and contract renewals
• Handle customer retention requests and identify suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
• Meet individual and team targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
• Work with colleagues to keep service quality high
