You will assist Italian-speaking customers across channels, ensuring a high-quality experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Requirements include native or fluent Italian, English at C1 or higher, EU citizenship, willingness to relocate within the EU, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
