Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and deliver an excellent experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with relocation within the EU supported by flight and accommodation.

The role requires native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English (C1+), as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• English C1 level or higher.
• EU citizenship (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate within the EU.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and adaptability.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required.
