CloserHire is partnering with a leading company to recruit an Italian-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic HR team. The role focuses on talent acquisition, resume screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to offer competitive packages.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian with strong English, has at least one year in recruitment, holds a bachelor’s degree, and has experience with ATS.

CloserHire is partnering with a leading company to find a Italian-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

Your Role

• Implement and Administer Recruitment Programs: Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Resume Management: Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, ensuring thorough background and reference checks are conducted.
• Conduct Interviews: Perform initial screening interviews via telephone or face-to-face with prospective applicants.
• Candidate Assessment: Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and collaborate to offer competitive compensation packages.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various resources such as the internet, community organizations, print media, and networks to source qualified candidates.
• Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and concise records and reports are maintained throughout the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Compliance: Uphold consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
• Job Knowledge: Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
• Promote Company Image: Represent the company accurately and appropriately to all candidates, driving the highest standards of ethical behavior in the recruiting process.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian with strong written and spoken English skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within a service environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal; excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Professionalism: Self-starter with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
