CloserHire is partnering with a leading company to recruit an Italian-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic HR team. The role focuses on talent acquisition, resume screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to offer competitive packages.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian with strong English, has at least one year in recruitment, holds a bachelor’s degree, and has experience with ATS.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian with strong written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and administer recruitment programs and strategies.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes with background checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews by phone or in person.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection.
• Source candidates using online and offline resources.
• Maintain accurate records using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
• Develop understanding of job specs including required skills and experience.
