Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C2 level)
• Proficient in English (B2 level) for internal communication
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-friendly service focus
• Understanding of the e-commerce sector
• Must live in Portugal with reliable internet for remote work
