BCrecruitment in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers and brokers for a leading global insurer. This on-site role requires fluent Italian and English, strong communication, and the ability to handle phone and email queries. You will document every interaction in the system and contribute to team quality, productivity, and customer-satisfaction targets. The contract is 6 months, with a base salary plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Italian (C2) and fluent English (B2+).
• Customer-service experience, ideally by phone and email.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• Able to handle phone and email support.
• Available for rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Italian by phone and email.
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools.
