Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and ensure an excellent experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Willingness to relocate within the EU is required. In this role you will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media, resolve issues promptly, document interactions in internal systems, and meet quality and performance targets.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English at least C1
• EU citizenship required
• Willingness to relocate within the EU
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and adaptability
• Flexibility to work shifts
