Hiring International Academy is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and deliver an excellent experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate within the EU is required.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, aiming for high quality and timely resolutions. This role requires relocation support and a dynamic, international workplace.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English C1 level or higher
• EU citizenship (mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate within the EU
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and adaptability
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
