Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced multicultural environment, with relocation within the EU required.

The role requires native/fluent Italian and English at C1, strong communication, and the ability to document interactions clearly in internal systems. EU citizenship is mandatory, and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English C1 level or higher
• EU citizenship (mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate within the EU
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat or social media
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, and billing
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Meet quality standards and performance targets
