CBT is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist users on a global e-commerce platform. In this role, you'll handle inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and possess good English skills, with a customer-centric approach. A flexible schedule is required as the role may transition to a 24/7 operation.

Compensation includes a base salary of 1000€ per month, along with bonuses and allowances.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 fluency in Italian (verbal and written).
• Good command of English (B2 level).
• Strong customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support users professionally in Italian.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders and logistics.
• Maintain quality standards by processing reported cases promptly.
• Identify complex or urgent issues and escalate them as per procedures.
• Manage contact volume efficiently during promotions.
