Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a sports e-commerce and IT project in Porto, on-site. You will assist customers with orders, returns, and account inquiries, and help navigate the website and apps in Italian.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian language skills (C2).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in sports, e-commerce, and technology.
• Comfortable using digital tools and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

You will support customers of a globally recognized sports retail and e-commerce platform, helping them with a variety of inquiries related to online orders, products, accounts, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
