Job summary

CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Customer Support specialist for an Italian-speaking client, focusing on social media inquiries within a fast-paced BPO. Initial shifts are 07:00–19:00 with potential transition to a 24/7 rotation in the future.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad. Fluency in Italian and English (B2+) is required, with experience in paid campaigns and digital marketing preferred.

What we're looking for

• Native/fluent Italian speakers with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory.
• Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising.
• Strong customer service skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to work well independently and in a team are important

Salary

€1,000 per month × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

• Complexity bonus of €50 Health insurance 7.63 per day net meal allowance We are offering a 1200€ Welcome Bonus until the end of Oct. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
