Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers of a digital bank. The role is on-site in Lisbon, with relocation arranged and various bonuses tied to the move and tenure.

You will manage Italian and English inquiries, resolve account and payment questions, and collaborate with a local team to ensure high-quality service. Training is provided before you start, with rotating shifts including weekends.

Who we're looking for

• EU passport holder, so no visa needed
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

Your schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotating days off per week
