Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality experience.

This role requires fluent Italian and English at C1, the ability to work a 24/7 rotating schedule in Porto, Portugal, and relocation accommodation support. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Job description

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
